I filed a complaint with BBB and now Trust Pilot and I told them, if my service isn't BACK ON by 3 pm I am going down the street and joining Metro PCS and I won't owe them not another dime. Even after dealing with liars and unprofessional people and the fact that one person did something that prevented me from using my phone, they still gave me excuses instead of help. At the end, I was given an excuse instead of assistance.

I tried joining last year and since the customer service was horrible I didn't end up starting. I assume everyone knows about Cricket wireless and I just wonder if ANYONE has a good experience.
